How to use Jelly Legs Bike Intervals
This program of bike intervals lasts about 6 weeks and can be done on a Concept 2 bike, Echo Bike, or Assault Bike. Before you start the workouts, you will need to do a test session of 20 minutes max effort. At the end of the 20 minutes, record your average watts. You will need this number for all future sessions.
Once you have completed the test, head to the bike intervals page. Enter your score at the top and press "calculate". The correct paces for all the workouts will appear underneath the workout descriptions on that page.
Do 2-3 workouts each week, or just whenever you can. At the end, you will complete another 20-minute average watts test to see how much you have improved while following the program. That's it :)
